Completed in 2011, the Villagio Vista gives a unique characteristic among its contemporaries. It is a three structure apartment, wrapped around the indigenous masterpiece of beautiful Kente colors. It was designed by popular British architect Alford Hall Monaghan Morris who is known for designing the 240 Black friar’s road, a large office building in London. With its distinctive heights, the Aqua (green) has 8 to 12 floors, the Azure (red) has 17 floors and Alto (yellow) has 27 floors making it the tallest residential building in West Africa. The residence is in the province of Akosombo in the eastern region of the country. Now this is the mind blowing part of this beautiful lakeside villa.
